BRILLIANT PERSPECTIVES RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
The following applies to physical and digital product purchased from our store at BRILLIANTBOOKHOUSE.COM, BRILLIANTPERSPECTIVES.COM and any other sales channels owned and operated by BRILLIANT PERSPECTIVES LLC.
1. UNWANTED PHYSICAL PRODUCT
Brilliant Perspectives has a 30-day return/exchange policy on physical items.Unwanted physical product may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, in its original condition, for an exchange of equivalent value or a refund of the product price.
RETURN PROCESS: Contact our support email help@brilliantperspectives.com for a current return address before returning any product.
2. INCORRECT OR DAMAGED PHYSICAL PRODUCT
Brilliant Perspectives has a 30-day replacement policy on damaged physical items.Faulty product or product damaged in shipping will be replaced. Refund will be provided if replacement is not possible.
REPLACEMENT PROCESS: Contact our support email help@brilliantperspectives.com to notify of any issues with your delivery within 30 days of purchase to initiate the replacement process.
3. UNWANTED DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Brilliant Perspectives has a 30-day refund policy on unused digital downloads. Digital products that have not been downloaded may also be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for for an exchange of equivalent value or a refund of the product price.

The following applies to membership services and app access purchased from BRILLIANTMOVEMENT.COM, BRILLIANTTV.COM and any other sales channels owned and operated by BRILLIANT PERSPECTIVES LLC.
1. BRILLIANT MOVEMENT 5-DAY TRIAL
5-day trial members may enjoy member benefits for a period of 5 days with no charge. Trial begins when the membership order form is completed and subscription will activate 120 hours (5 days) from that time. No action is required to proceed from trial member to a paid membership. Monthly or annual subscription will begin automatically when the trial ends. Payment method provided will be charged at that time. Please note: member free event access applies only to members on an active subscription.
TRIAL CANCELLATION PROCESS: Cancellation of a trial anytime during the 5-days (120 hours) will not result in a payment or an active subscription. Contacting support after hours or on weekends may delay response time.
2. BRILLIANT MOVEMENT MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP
Members must refer to their welcome email for their specific membership details. Monthly payments are processed automatically each month using the payment method provided at checkout. Monthly payments begin when the 5-day trial period concludes, each subsequent payment will initiate on the same day of each month. We honor refund requests for a single month up to 30-days from the payment date. Completed monthly payments outside the 30 day timeframe surrounding a refund request will not be eligible for refund. Exceptions will be made for duplicate subscriptions and fraudulent activity on a case by case basis during our review process.

3. BRILLIANT MOVEMENT ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP
Members must refer to their welcome email for their specific membership details. Annual payments are processed automatically each year using the payment method provided at checkout. The first annual payment will occur when the 5-day trial period concludes, each subsequent payment will initiate on the same day next year. We honor refund requests for annual memberships for the most recent payment up to 30-days from the payment date. Prorated refund for any part of a year outside of this timeframe will not be allowed. Exceptions will be made for duplicate subscriptions and fraudulent activity on a case by case basis during our review process.

4. BRILLIANT MOVEMENT LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP
Lifetime Membership is no longer offered, but if previously purchased lifetime memberships will continue to have access. No refunds are offered for Lifetime memberships at any time. Email help@brilliantperspectives.com to confirm membership type and status.
5. BRILLIANCE & LIMITLESS EVENTS
Brilliant Movement Members do have free access to our Brilliance and Limitless annual events. Refunds will be provided if a member purchases standard access to an event provided free with membership. Free event access applies only to members on an active subscription; 5-day trial members will not be granted free access.
REFUND PROCESS: Members must contact our support email help@brilliantperspectives.com to request an event refund.
Live event ticket sales to non-members or trial members can be refunded anytime before the event airs live. After the date of event, refunds will be considered only if technology or circumstance prevents a ticket holder from viewing live or accessing limited time replays and will not be granted more than 7 days post event. Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.

The following applies to programs, courses, intensives, et al purchased from BRILLIANTLEADER.COM or any other sales channels owned and operated by BRILLIANT PERSPECTIVES LLC.
1. BRILLIANT SCHOOL OF LEADERSHIP
Brilliant School of Leadership and any other courses offered by the Brilliant Perspectives under the school are fully NON-REFUNDABLE. Any money paid will not be refunded should you be unable to continue the course. EXCEPTIONS: Duplicate or over payment will be reviewed and refunded on a case by case.
